 Finishing to hallway boxing is underway. Inspection covers to be completed.

 Fire rated inspection hatch to lobby is complete

 Frame to new partition in bedroom not removed. To be completed as per observation log

 Black mastic to tile skirting is black and should be removed. To be replaced in grey mastic

 Heat detector & smoke detector containment routed incorrectly – to be installed in ceiling void and
dropped within floor void as previously agreed
