 Kitchen electrical outlets are being set out. Rewiring to both levels is underway.

Radiator pipe runs and rewiring has been notched into new joists.

Where stair opening was made fireplace hearth was cut and removed. Carpet to cover as per CVA specification.

Floor infill to stair opening has been constructed with new joists running over existing beam. Noggins connect old joists with new. 

 Existing original beam is visible below joists.

 Cupboard to level 1 has been partitioned off. 

 The demolition of the stair and infill of the floor has created a larger living space. Floor substrate to be completed prior to carpet installation.

Durgo installed as per CVA revised drawings. CVA to instruct additional boxing in with inspection hatch to corridor.

At ground floor, partitions are being installed to create bedroom and study space. Partition set out to align with existing beam above. Allowance for electrical and mechanical fixing being made. CVA to confirm fire lining to lobby partitions.

Plasterboard lining to ceiling infill has been installed. Gapping between beam and plasterboard to be filled with plaster.

Where existing plaster from original ceiling is present, CVA propose plaster infill (new plaster to adhere to existing)

Staircase has been installed. Timber supporting wall and wall plate to be set out on installed. CVA to confirm whether it will be possible to provide storage space under the stair.

Foundations to timber wall incomplete. Blockwork is being set out and packed.
